Summer Series: Orange Theory

Summer Series: Orange Theory I have heard about Orange Theory since they popped up in Houston a few years ago, and I have heard mostly good things. Based on my commitment to the heart rate monitor with my clients, I figured I would appreciate this class. We happened to go on a special event day where the workout was uniquely intense, but like all classes you can go at your own pace. My initial opinion after class wasn’t great. It kicked my arse for sure, but I loved it. And I do not otherwise care for spinning or cycling. At all.   RATING Calories : 9 450 on average for a 45 minute class Difficulty: 8 This...
